Functional Art Chair and Table
The design of these functional art objects is symbolically based on a functional chair and table. The altered versions look as though they have been manipulated with a computer. In each case, parts of the objects have been multiplied and rotated out of phase with the original known forms, in order to create totally new and unexpected objects. The hope is that the new forms might also inspire new and unexpected functions. These are just part of a much larger series that also includes small structures.
