So... i hate working 'extra hours' or whatever u can call to work too much in a project, specially when u dont have a clear idea of what to do with it...anyways, so i've spent the whole weekend at studio working until 3 and 4 am (friday and saturday), since the studio space is in a part of Barcelona -not the touristic or the univerity area, but on the other opposite side of BCN- where there r a lot of warehouses, it's also a preffered party area for the locals (mostly cause club owners can rent huge spaces for little money) it was funny to see all that ppl walking on the street and watching us working inside here while they were drunk on the street at 3 am.....
and yeah i was pretty much sick of it this morning, so i decided to take the day off and head to the beach top take advantage of the beautifull day we had in BCN today.... here's a picture of the beach today...it was full of ppl....
Now its 9 pm and im back in the studio to see if i can finish thsi thing for tomorow, but one thing is for sure:
after the great day i had drinking in the beach and watching the girls at the beach im glad now that i didn't ended up in any master @ the UK or the Netherlands...hehehehe.... mediterranean baby!
P.S. by the way...OMG how many schools are now in the school blogs, makes me feel like a veteran now :-/ good luck to all the rookies... and welcome back to my old fellow co.bloggers
P.S. 2 i still dont have an idea about my project, i hate when u research about data and facts and after try to organize everything in ur head to find an answer as any mathematical formula that can lead u to a good solution...
I can't get rid of the feeling that intuition is easier than giving an urban solution based on statistical data....also... i've been looking to several architect's pages, and its funny when in their portfolio they show "urban projects"....its only BIG stuff!!, like stadiums, or airports or stuff like that...i dont consider that a urban planning/design project,...anyway, even the poo of a dog can affect a cityscape so that can be consider also a urban scale intervention???
Tales and Adventures of my time at the IaaC when this was in it's early years. Feel free to contact me for more reference, in any case i would advice you to enroll here.
