Why things in this world can't work the way they are suppose to work??, i always thing the human factor mess everything up, here's how the story of 2 books i ordered from the AA bookstore (in London) is going so far:

Hello, it is 2nd of January 2005 and im writing related to my book order you kindly confirmed u received and shipped it on December 10th telling me that it would take aproximately 2 weeks to arrive....and we (you guys in the UK, and me here in Barcelona) were wishing i would receive my order by the week from Dec 20 to 26, but unfortunatelly i didnt... im writing to know if u had any news about my order from the shipping company, and /or this is only related with the whole christmas overload of mail traffic (which still seems an outrageous delay, since, not even when i was living in Mexico City this shipping took as long as is taking to deliver my books in Barcelona), should i still keep waiting for my order?? it had been returned to you???, what the shiper tells u about my package??, would love if you can give me more information about the actual status of my order.... you have also my telephone number with my signature for any comment.

Apologies for not getting back to you sooner, but we have only just returned from the Christmas/New Year vacation.

The mail service in the UK around Christmas time is absolutely appalling, and I imagine this is the reason your order has taken so long reaching you. Perhaps you have now received the package? If not, please allow until 10 January for delivery, after which we will re-send.

Hello, i feel sorry to comunicate you that i haven't received the books that i ordered and got charged for a month ago, i don't know what solution you can give me now regarding the shipping of them, but i would apreciate if you can comunicate me what you can do to give a solution to this matter, its a shame since i had ordered plenty of books before from your bookstore and now i feel doubtfull to do it again since it seems you have a lack of control of the delivery of the books, anyways, hope you can give me an answer regarding my books...
