There ia a local sketch competition here in Hamton Roads. YOu can use any media but since my camera is broken I thought I would do it the old fashioned way. The fifteen winners works will be used as postcards to help promote architecture in our area. Hopefully at least one of these will make it. So here are my entries
This is the cavalier Hotel in Virginia Beach. Its relatively old and has a regal feel to it when your standing in the streets in front of it
This is the Academy building at Hampton University. It is one of the buildings on campus that was designed by William Morris Hunt.
This a sketch of the New residential tower going up in Virginia Beach. I was actually at Happy Hour with my friends when I drew this. I used Photoshop to invert the image.
