I had planned a more detailed blog, but things got sticky. So the Monday before Thanksgiving, we had our silent review. It was a pretty interesting concept. Basically, we pinned up our boards, never revealed who was who, and just listened to comments. I had a total nervous breakdown the Saturday before. Not really sure why. I mean we all get stressed, but something really snapped this time. I think maybe it's because I like the studio and Tina and I just got overwhelmed for some reason. So then, at 4 PM on MOnday I head to the airport. At this point I've been awake for 37 hours. My flight leaves at 7 PM for London. British Airways is super nice. Too bad I fell asleep before the plane even taxied onto the runway. I woke up to eat my acutally good plane food, then slept until we reached the gate. Took the tube to my friends' place, and then fell asleep again until about 4 PM. Kinda wasted that day other than checking out the AA and then seeing Bond, in London, which is cool. I did a lot of walking, saw a lot of stuff. London is STUPID expensive. DAMN. I had no idea. I know it was expensive, but it cost 12.50 pounds to see Bond. That's about $22. So that just gives you an idea of the scope of prices. Anyway, I had fun, enjoyed the trip, but was not totally taken with the city like most people seem to be. In my short stay I didn't find it significantly different than the US or Canada. I'm sure if I was there longer I would pick up on stuff, but yeah. Felt like Boston on NYC's 'roids. Plane took off two hours late thanks to missing passangers who had checked their baggage and weather delays. Slightly jet lagged on MOnday, then the fun happened. Got the flu on Tuesday. Really, not terrible, but fever, trouble sleeping, so I was just groggy and couldn't concentrate. My fever just broke today so I'm finally pulling it together, but I'm about 4-5 days+ the vacation behind and now I'm stressed out. The only cool parts about the flu were my messed up fever dreams, one was walking around London which was constructed of rusty, blood covered razor blades. The other involved my porn star girl friend that visited my parents' house and kept removing her pants. Strange strange strange. I need to rigor it up now.

nice....actually, freaky....but at least you have something concrete to relate it to....were you being chased at all as you wandered through razor-blade london?
