The Wenzhou Guohong Xinrui Integrated Complex project is located in the Sanjiang Business District of Yongjia County, Wenzhou. The design of the supertall building draws inspiration from Wenzhou's mountainous landscapes and flowing waters. The tower's overall shape resembles a towering peak, becoming a prominent landmark and symbol of Yongjia County when illuminated at night. The 320m high roof deck landscaped platform provides a panoramic view of Wenzhou's scenic beauty and cultural heritage.

The objective of this project is to create a city exhibition hall that combines business, commerce, leisure, and entertainment, becoming a new symbol of upscale urban living radiating throughout the entire city. As a landmark building in the future city center, the supertall structure will showcase both futuristic technology and Yongjia's traditional cultural heritage, establishing a new paradigm for Wenzhou's urban development.

Part of the challenge of this project is the ever-changing program requirements and the pragmatic concerns of the client for a rectilinear plan and high effficiency. We were able to guide and lead the client to create a core that can be flexibly configured for future program changes. Also we created hidden windows for natural ventilation, integrated with the vertical perforated fins. This was particularly important to the client as a selling point for the apartments and offices.

温州国鸿新瑞综合体项目位于温州永嘉县三江商务区。其中，超高层的整体外形设计取温州的山形水势作为意向。塔楼顶部造型宛如高耸的峰顶，夜晚成为永嘉县的一个标志性灯塔；顶层的空中景观平台，更是将温州风景人文尽收眼底。 本项目设计旨在打造兼容商务商业、休闲及娱乐的城市展厅，成为辐射全市的高端都市生活新标志。同时，超高层建筑作为城市未来中心的地标性建筑，将为永嘉打造一个既有未来科技感，又能彰显永嘉传统文化底蕴的城市形象，树立温州城市发展新典范！
