This project is situated in Fuyang City's new core area on the East, known as the Delta District. It benefits from its location on the western side of the site, adjacent to the scenic Ying River, and on the southern side, neighboring the Delta Park. The picturesque waterfront setting is a crucial landscape asset for this district.

The design encompasses two plots of land: Plot 5 (15,561 square meters) and Plot 7 (17,566 square meters), totaling approximately 152,061 square meters of construction space. Plot 5 includes a comprehensive tower reaching 179 meters in height, featuring the Marriott Hotel, Grade A offices, and commercial spaces. It also incorporates two banquet halls and commercial exhibition areas, accompanied by a small-scale commercial zone on the eastern side that forms a commercial street along with the podium-level businesses. Plot 7 consists of a 100-meter-high Grade A office building and a three-story commercial podium. The two towers stand harmoniously, creating a unified skyline along the river.

The architectural design draws inspiration from the region's distinctive Huizhou architectural style, emphasizing vertical lines and utilizing dark-colored glass to create a well-ordered structure. From the perspective of the Ying River, the twin towers portrays an iconic gateway, representing the city's grand entrance and exemplifying Fuyang's character.

此次设计涵盖两个地块，5号地块（15561平方米）和7号地块（17566平方米），总建筑面积合计约152061平方米。其中5号地包含一座179米高的综合型塔楼（万豪酒店，甲级办公、商业）、两个近1000平方米的宴会厅和商业展览空间，场地东侧配套有小型商业，与裙房商业形成一条商业内街。另一块7号地由一栋100米高的甲级办公楼和三层的商业裙房组成；两栋塔楼相视而立，形成统一的沿河城市形象。

建筑造型借鉴了当地徽派建筑简约大方的特点，强调竖向线条，深色的玻璃勾勒出错落有序的形体，从颍河方向望去，字母双塔是阜阳市的地标性建筑，城市门户的形象也是阜阳市的典范。
