The Hero Group embarked on a land grab project in Changsha, acquiring two separate lots for development. The first lot was designated for an office and apartment building, occupying a small site. The second plot was allocated for a residential mixed development, featuring a narrow frontage along the Xiangjiang river. The design aimed to optimize the river views by employing a wide radial plan tower, which gracefully curved inwards at the southwestern corner, mirroring the neighboring development to the south. The architectural concept drew inspiration from water, with the building form capturing fluidity and dynamic movement, while the mirrored façade extended the sensation of the river. A distinctive notch or pinch in the middle of the tower broke up the lengthy façade and integrated lighting that extended to the building's crown, resulting in a contemporary icon along the Xiangjiang river.

To ensure that every unit enjoyed a view of the river, the residential buildings were strategically positioned and angled. The four towers created a rhythmic skyline, complemented by a wave-like pattern on the façade, forming a harmonious composition. The podium, resembling sedimentary stone patterns shaped by water, featured a series of undulating curves that extended the river into Fu Tong Road. The upper floors of the podium were recessed to maximize outdoor dining spaces and river views, enlivening the entire façade with people and activities. The architecture as a whole showcased a distinctive and dynamic wave-like composition, balancing the tower's lightness with the base's solidity, resulting in an intriguing new destination within the local context.

项目位于长沙的两个独立地块，其中一个较小的地块是用于办公楼和公寓，另一个地块是面向湘的住宅混合开发。商业地块主塔楼体量尊重用地限制，最大化湘江朝向，同时尊重对面保利项目的建筑形态，在西南角做了弧形折边。形体上通过简约大气的手法来捕捉水的柔美曲线和灵动感，同时像一个灵动的水镜一样，延展沿江面。双塔的高低错落与周边建筑创造趣味性的天际线变化。中间的凹槽把沿江面宽的体量感削弱，像一对冻结的连体双塔傲立。夜里由凹槽至顶部的灯光亮起，形成典雅，独一无二的湘江新地标。住宅地块延伸水的概念，用不同的手法来呈现沿江的灵动感。该用地的临江面宽偏小，进深大；总图设计通过塔楼的转角和错位巧妙布置，确保每一户公寓都能面江，同时不出现大体量的双拼塔楼。四栋塔高低错落，加上立面上的波澜图案形成一个整体画幅，宛如一个交响乐队此起彼伏，韵律生动。建筑组团临江呈现一个低调又独特的亮丽风景线。
