Located in the central area of Futian, Shenzhen, this project is adjacent to Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. It forms the new Ping An Cluster along with the completed Ping An Finance Center North Tower, South Tower, and Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance Tower, further enhancing the western skyline of Futian CBD axis. The design goes beyond creating an intelligent office benchmark; it aims to establish a new generation of "urban infrastructure". Through the "Ping An Sky Street," an elevated pedestrian system, it connects the existing three towers of Ping An, the future fifth tower, and the Convention and Exhibition Center. This project proactively introduces a rooftop air-landing point, aligning with the three-dimensional transportation network plan of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The integration with a bus terminal on the ground, creates a comprehensive hub for daily life and work. The tower is featured with a "City Living Room" at the top; sky gardens that are integrated with the efficient structure system in the middle part, and an ecological terrace at the base, which is combined with bridges, landscape and retail programs. These elaborately designed features expand the functions of the tower from various aspects, creating a myriad of public spaces and igniting vitality of the city.

本项目位于深圳福田中心区，紧邻深圳会展中心，与已落成的平安金融中心北塔、南塔、平安财险大厦共同组成新的平安组团，进一步完善福田CBD中轴西侧天际线。设计不仅旨在打造一座智能办公标杆，更要创立一个新一代“城市活力枢纽”。在承前启后地以“平安天街”这一空中慢行系统连接平安现三塔、未来第五塔、会展中心的同时，响应粤港澳大湾区立体交通网络规划，前瞻性地引入塔顶空港泊点，结合地面的公交总站，打造全维度生活、工作枢纽。塔顶的超高空间“云端会客厅”，塔身结合高效结构体系的空中观景花园，塔底融合架空慢行、商务业态的“生态天阶”，就分别将塔楼上、中、下三个层次的基础功能展开，并特色化、丰富化，最大化地服务城市，激发活力。
