Kunming Wujiaba super high-rise project is located in Wujiaba, the new center of Kunming, Yunnan. It is an important window of the “One Belt One Road” strategy, a new platform for diversified international trade, cultural exchanges and economic innovation in Kunming. The total site area is 34,500 square meters, FAR is 12, and the total construction area above ground is 414,000 m2.  The project consists of a complex mixed used retail podium and several super-high-rise towers. It includes multiple functions of hotel, convention, office, apartment, sky observatory and a large-scale shopping center mall. The different heights of the three towers have create a rhythmic skyline, while ensuring adequate sunlight for the residential development on the west side. The concept for the podium draws inspiration from the colored terraces in Yunnan, creating a stepping facade, and blurring the boundaries of the interior and exterior. Landscape features are generously integrated into the design, creating a comfortable environment and a urban oasis in the dense development.

昆明巫家坝超高层项目位于云南昆明的新中心巫家坝，是“一带一路”战略的重要窗口，也是多元国际文化商贸的新平台，昆明都市人文交流和经济创新的新平台。该地块邻近国际会展中心，火车站；北侧通往金马碧鸡坊、翠湖公园；西侧遥望滇池。地块总用地面积34500平方米，容积率12，地上总建筑面积414000平方米，建筑密度50%。

该项目由一幢高层的裙房和三幢超高层的塔楼构成，囊括了酒店，会议，办公，公寓以及大型的购物中心多种功能，三幢高耸的塔楼高低错落形成了富有变化的天际线效果。裙房设计灵感来自云南的‘七彩梯田‘，创造多层次的退台，引入绿植至商业室内，同时更能呼应塔楼的遮阳板所创造的横向肌理。
