The Shaoxing International Financial Vitality City project is situated in the Hudong District's core area within Shaoxing Jinghu New District, known for its picturesque water town charm. With excellent connectivity, it is conveniently located near Jiefang Avenue and Qunxian Middle Road to the south. As part of the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) initiative, the western side will house the Museum Station of Subway Line 5. The project's vision encompasses creating a world-renowned TOD complex, establishing a distinguished financial hub within the Yangtze River Delta, and showcasing the cultural identity of the Shaoxing brand. The objectives are to redefine the city's skyline with iconic structures, cultivate a vibrant commercial district reflecting the region's unique character, and curate an exceptional urban lifestyle. AECOM is responsible for the comprehensive planning of the entire area and the architectural design of commercial and office plots. The core southeast plots, namely 1-2/1-3, feature a 168-meter IFC tower, four bank headquarters buildings, and retail podiums. The north plot, 2-1, includes financial office buildings, street retail, and a civic service center. Plot 3 encompasses a 5-star hotel, a headquarters bank building, and supporting commercial facilities.  We successfully completed the design package from concept to design development level within a period of 10months, for the 500,000sqm project, with a team of around 15 staff.

绍兴国际金融活力城项目位于绍兴镜湖新区湖东片区核心区域，镜湖新区是典型的江南水乡，境内河道密布，湖泊众多，向有“水乡泽国”的美誉。项目位置交通便利，毗邻解放大道，南侧为群贤中路，地块西侧并将设有地铁五号线博物馆站站点作为TOD项目的支持。设计旨在打造国际水准TOD综合体，长三角别具一格的金融中心，绍兴品牌的文化名片。以标志性的建筑群重新定义绍兴天际线；创造地域特色浓厚，空间体验丰富的商业街区，并塑造高品质的城市生活方式。AECOM负责整个片区的整体规划和商办地块的建筑设计。核心的东南1-2/1-3地块包含168米的IFC塔楼（5.5万㎡），4栋银行总部楼（共16万㎡），还有商业裙房组成（共5.08万㎡）。北面2-1地块由金融办公楼（共7.2万平米）和商业裙房（1.1万㎡），以及市民服务中心（6700㎡）组成。3号地块由一栋5星级酒店，一栋总部银行楼，和商业配套组成。
