Qingshan Lake Hard Technology Industrial Park Parcel 12

Project Scale: 277,147m2/ 119.5m

Winning Scheme in an open bid competition. The project, centered around the visions of technological innovation, vitality convergence, shared core, and ecological greenery, aims to become an exemplary model for hard and core technology innovation in the Qingshan Lake area of Lin'an. The planning strategy respects local characteristics, introducing scenery into the city by creating a landscape abstracting layered green hills within the park. Two main pedestrian entrances are connected to form an ecological axis. The multi-level landscape-sharing interactive platform, high-rise industrial buildings, and diverse supporting facilities create a forward-looking and ecological park environment.

The individual buildings draw inspiration from the convergence of assembly lines and industrial frameworks. The unified architectural boxes are gradually elevated along the green axis, with a stacked form emerging at the far end of the green axis, emphasizing the industrial strength. The vertical gantry truss frames of each main building enhance the refined and upward aspiring qualities of the technological industrial park.
