    fun with GPS

So I'm poking around the web (procrastinating thesis of course) and I came across this website that takes a GPS file that you upload and turns it into this sweet little interactive map. I uploaded a walk I did last year that was for studio.

Anyway, the whole point of this is to find a way to upload my coordinates and tracks for the big adventure next year.

googlemaps/mymaps has a nice feature to embed maps as well. This is my proposed travel route...

This is absolutely amazing! I've gotten around a third of the way, and it's going to take me hours to finish off the rest... Awesome job, and I'm going to have to keep coming back here. :) desert safari
