SESCO is a specific market. Firms, engineers, contractors, and designers come to them about lighting. How we market is a little different. We advertise by being there and interacting with clients. We do a lot of meetings with them or just taking them breakfast or lunch. It is all about building that personal relationship with them. It is almost like dating and even our clients will say they feel as we are "courting them".

There is a lot of planning that goes into the designs. We have a whole team that helps make everything go as smoothly as possible. We meet with the designers on what they want for the project and give them our best options. Then we make sure that the contractors and the engineers are putting the right lighting in the project and not just what they spec.  Lighting can make or break a project. We have to do studies to make sure that its not too bright or too dull. Knowing what lighting is better in certain areas or situations. Also we have to take into consideration budget and how to give them the best product and outcome.

We have an in house employee that does all of the accounting. She also takes care of every order and transaction that we have. She does a great job and basically keeps everything running.
