SA+P is looking to expand their roster of faculty, and is bringing in potential candidates for tenured positions. Today was Rahul Mehrotra. He gave a great lecture on his work and his thoughts on the "kinetic" and "static" city conditions in asia, particularly in Mumbai. Afterwards, we gave him a quick tour of the facilities, then sent him on his way to the MIT Press for him to drool over the offerings. He's a smart, friendly guy and hopefully we'll see him again in the fall teaching studios.
I was careless and forgot to take photos, but I'll remeber next time.
