This new construction, 1,500 square foot Passive House is nestled in the woods of Maine. We were able to orient the building for prime solar exposure, enabling this home to be fully Net Zero Energy. A small floor footprint and high performance envelope keeps this house easy to maintain and condition. A master plan provides for a garage and guest quarters attached by a shared deck.
