This prototype for speculative housing in Philadelphia's East Kensington neighborhood can be stretched to fit a variety of infill lot widths. An adaptable floor plan and interchangeable exterior materials gives each of these models its own voice. We're looking forward to seeing a few of these scattered around the neighborhood soon.
