A 4-story, 37-unit apartment building being developed by Spark Group in West Philadelphia. With a green roof and 20kW solar panel array, this project will be one of the first in Philadelphia to utilize the city's newly enacted Mixed Income Housing Bonus on top of a green roof density bonus to achieve a healthy mix of density, sustainability, and affordability.
