This multifamily project consists of eight two-bedroom units each with their own private recessed balcony. Care was taken with regards to massing, simplifying the structural systems, repeating unit types and maximizing leasable area for our developer clients. The project is designed to be a Zero Energy Building and incorporates simple, logical, passive house strategies.
