We managed to enlarge this home without adding any square footage to the footprint. By eliminating walls between rooms and lifting the ceilings to the rafters in the Master Bedrooms and actually lifting the roof over the living room, to include a second story loft and fourth bedroom with bath, we were able to give some grandeur to a typical 60's boxy ranch home.
