I was lucky enough to have two of my house plans accepted for COASTAL LIVING'S monthly featured house plans that they offered for sale. One was called FAMILY CENTRAL which was designed as a passive solar home and DUNE DUPLEX. They were great fun designing and turned out to be a wonderful free marketing opportunity, which brought me many clients and to the renewed attention to Bald Head Development Company.
Both of these homes were part of a family of Pattern Book Homes which designed for Primrose Coastal Development while working at Cline Davis Architects. A planned community much in the Sea Side spirit for which I was also responsible for developing the building guidelines.
Status: Unbuilt
Location: Probably in many Coastal communities - Several versions of Family Central Built
