Primrose Beach is an unbuilt community planned by Duany Plater-Zyberk & Company. While at Cline Davis I was responsible for the research, coordination and graphic Booklet that included the Building Regulations and Home Design Guidelines that served as the basis for the Pattern Book homes.  I was also assigned as lead designer for five home designs which were presented as an applicable model for future home owners and architects. Although each of these homes were located in distinct and very different sections of the community they were designed as a cohesive collection that referenced each other with a clear and simple coastal vernacular in the character of local heritage homes that used authentic materials and simple single paned windows.
