I conceived, designed and built a model for a nine condos over retail building in a planned community called Southern Village while at J DAVIS DESIGNS. The developer originally wanted to use a tried and true existing apartment plan and a post modern exterior until I suggested a revised plan that would maximize views to the community green in combination with a contemporary façade that would also be just as complimentary with other buildings of the downtown core. The changes resulted in their quickest selling project to date. I worked closely with the production project team on every decision to assure design adherence to the original concept.
