This 13-year-old mall located in Portland, Oregon currently features 98 stores, including popular outdoors goods retailers The North Face and Columbia Sportswear and luxury brands Coach and BCBG Max Azria.
The final phase of Woodburn's expansion will added 38,569 square feet bringing its total to 388,378 square feet. The mall, which attracts shoppers from the Portland area as well as Salem, Corvallis and Eugene, has been a hit since opening.
Woodburn recently reported it ended 2011 with a record 4.4 million visitors. Sales at the mall's stores grew by 6 percent over the last year.
