KMA provided architecture and MEP design for this weapons and armament technology center. The 177,718 SF, two story building includes concrete tilt-up construction with steel framing.  The project will provide 568 parking stalls at grade and landscaped open space. The project is designed for LEED GOLD certification.

Early collaboration between the general contractor, the architect and consultants has helped the client determine what materials, methods, and design/construction schedule can maximize their value.  The architect‘s decision to propose a two-story structure reduced the building footprint and preserved more site area for landscaped open space.  This project includes ATFP, SCIF requirements, conference center, electronic labs, office suites, open office areas and display areas. The High-Bay lab areas feature overhead bridge cranes.
