KMA Architecture has completed schematic design and the City of San Diego has issued a Site Development Permit for a new mixed use residential project to be located at Sixth Avenue and Palm Street in San Diego.
The 280,000 SF, 75 unit residential mixed-use development will consist of a 13-story residential tower on Fifth Avenue, featuring luxury for-sale units with bay, city and park views, and a three-story building featuring town homes along Sixth Avenue. The project will also offer street-level retail space and loft-style residential units on Fifth Avenue. The project includes three levels of underground parking with 220 parking spaces.
