The Lofts, a 208 unit, innovative mixed-use project by residential developer Oliver McMillan is located at 707 Tenth Avenue, San Diego, CA. The mixed use 8-story midrise consists of 208 units above street level retail and live/work spaces. All are over three levels of below grade parking. The projects totals 275,620 square feet above ground.
Sustainable design features include covered parking, recycled content in materials, high performance glass, energy efficient mechanical systems, lighting and controls, water saving plumbing fixtures, exterior sun control devices and cool roof surfacing. The client is currently pursuing LEED Silver Certification.
