KMA designed this jewel of an office building for Sunbelt Development Corporation. It's simplistic design concept of an all glass facade book ended by to concrete walls sets it apart from the rather mundane retail surroundings. The high-design was due in part to the clients love of simplistic brutalism and love of the "contemporary" designs of early Americana.
