With a dramatic color change from the original dull gray the rejuvenated restaurant in a buttery, multi color palette, sparkles with it’s new crown jewel, a refurbished historic neon clock. New parapets on either side were added to transition from the relit clock and to frame two new signs. The symmetry accents the corner entry and sets off the clock. New trim with painted molding lines adds intricate classic detail.
The challenge to renovate the Time Deli within a tight budget and to maintain it’s historic integrity was met with a design that capitalizes on the existing structure’s clean lines and prominent corner.
