The design program at this Cupertino office building was to reconfigure the interior space, to locate new escrow and sales offices around the perimeter of the space and still provide light into the interior. It was also necessary to provide a new handicap ramp to meet state code requirements, new accessible toilet rooms, and provide a very quick turnaround by EBA in acquiring the permitting documents for construction. The result is a much more efficient use of space and more direct circulation, and a transformed interior space.
