Cirexx International designs, fabricates, and assembles printed circuit boards for the hi-tech industry. These are primarily limited run test circuits for testing of new designs and ideas. They occupy a three building campus in a research and development area of Santa Clara. For several years EBA has effectively been their outsourced Facilities Department as far as design, planning, and permitting are concerned. These are a few examples of the many tenant improvements we have assisted with.
