The existing two-tenant storefront was desperately in need of a new façade. New trim with a stucco skim coat over the building front closed old stucco cracks and made the wall watertight. New signage, awnings, windows, front doors, exterior lighting, and repair of the existing tile complete the design. A dramatic new color scheme completes the transition. The improvement in the value of the building was significant enough to attract new long-term tenants.
