This façade remodel began shortly after a new owner had just purchased this property with two existing buildings. Her salon business moved into the main house. There was also a very small building right on the sidewalk, which would make a great coffee shop or café. The space between the two was a critical design link. It had to maintain visibility for the salon, visually entice customers to the more removed building, and create a sitting area for customers of the café.
