A 142 unit, three story apartment complex, Regency Plaza was in severe need of a façade remodel with a fresh, new and appealing image. It was also in need of deck repairs and new railings to all of the decks.
A new leasing office was designed on the lower floor with an accessible path of travel from the parking lot to the leasing office. The pool area was also made accessible with the combination of ramps and walkways, and the pool was enclosed with a new code compliant fence. The interiors of the apartment units were remodeled with new cabinets and finishes to make the units more desirable and increase the market value of the property.
The exterior was finished off with new landscaping and a parking lot remodel. The front facade makes the complex vastly more appealing to prospective renters, and makes Regency Plaza a more desirable address as the name implies.
