This is a complex built in the early 1970’s in the Sand Hill Road area of Menlo Park. Sharon Grove needed a remodel of all the apartment building façades to refresh the look and increase the appeal of the location for the residents as well as prospective tenants.
New siding and walkway railings, along with new patio and deck railings with a top course of acrylic “glass” block are added for a lighter and brighter look. A new multicolor paint scheme and the removal of the wooden screen railings make the walkways as well as the units themselves brighter and more open to sunlight and air. New landscaping and interior remodeling was also completed for a completely refurbished apartment complex.
