Contour is a company that is engaged in computer hardware testing. The company had outgrown it’s facility and needed a new area built out for bench testing computer assemblies, offices, meeting rooms, and shipping and receiving. The challenge in this particular relocation was to subdivide the building into company-occupied space and sublease space, to have the required exiting and vehicle access, and to still accommodate the high number of bench spaces required for their successful current and future operations. An existing bank of offices on the upper side of the testing area was demolished to create the necessary bench space.
