The leasing center is a new 675 s.f. freestanding building on the site of an existing apartment complex, designed for the Spieker Companies for use as a citywide and regional leasing center. It was built to serve prospective residents in locating housing in any one of several Spieker apartment complexes.
The high ceiling, expansive windows, and skylights give an open and inviting atmosphere for both the prospective residents and employees. A lower ceiling space in the rear of the main open floor area has a restroom, workroom, and a private office/conference room. HVAC equipment was placed in the attic formed by the lower ceilings. The roof forms emulate the roof shapes of the apartment buildings beyond.
