Built in the 1920’s, this Victorian era house
has been remodeled and customized with exterior
destails such as moulding window treatments,
new roofing shingles and an additional brick facade
which wraps around the front porch with a set of
stairs upon entry. Arches enhance the design of the
porch along with circular columns of minimal detail.
The aditions are added value to the house for resale.
The purpose of this sketch drawing was to add
development to house which was once on the verge
of forclosure and deconstruction because there was
no value in the property and the location. Exterior
remodeling and land development help revive the
property. Mediums used; pen on 8”x14” bond paper.
