Design Philosophy |

Design and creativity are about visions! They should be stimulating, energetic, leading, making connections, and ultimately carrying out your point of view to others. It's an original idea turned into a completed goal throughout the process.

To understand design is to create a system of connections. Within the system, every detail has a purpose which contributes to a larger role to meet the intended function. Creation is developed through concept and transformed into design. Maintaining form and function gives leeway to the foundation, afterwards, what's left are the applications of the aesthetics themselves. To design is to meet basic needs combined with customized and personal interests which people require for everyday uses and enjoyment.

About |

At age eight I started drawing, building, inventing, creating objects, inventions, arts and details.

Sketching and rendering had been my initial start for all my creative foundations. As many ideas leaked onto my sketch pads, canvases and computer programs, they later took form into 3D models being developed.

Ideas from Graphic Design, Packaging, Story Telling, Labels, to objects such as Shoes, Fashion, even further to Sculptures expanding to Jewelery, and last but not least, Design and Architecture.

At age13, I had been inspired from a school design program and from then on, I knew I wanted to be a Designer/Architect.

In high school, I studied advanced Architecture and Advanced Jewelery. Which had paved the way for my attention to fine detail within any form or medium.

Upon high school graduation, I enrolled into The Art Institute of California - San Diego, which from then on, I had been able to explore the foundations of Residential Design (Traditional and Contemporary), Corporate Design, Hospitality Design, Lighting Design, Healthcare Design, Universal Design, Sustainable Design, Retail Design and Institutional Design.
All which had given me the tools to understand an environment's form and function.

As I continue to learn and develope my practices with design, I consider, analyze and research for the impacts design makes on our future within sustainability, form, function, present and past design, developing technology as well as use and meaning.

Design is apart of my vision which will ultimately be shared with others!
