A custom two story gallery for graphic design
students is just what this corridor represents. The
graphic design students’art shall be displayed on flat
panel plasmas in order to rotate multiple works by
multiple students. This design accomplishes a gallery
setting; in which the gallery becomes an inspirational
center within the main passages of the school, thus
the gallery then becomes the heart of the school.
Research on graphic design students had been
conducted during Institutional Design. Through the
research, I had been inspired to create an open floor to
ceiling, two story gallery which gives graphic design
students inspiration from the works of their peers and
their selves as they pass the corridor throughout the day.
