Oversized windows allow natural light to flow
freely into the space as the entertaining areas
intertwine leaving an open floor plan with each
room holding its own sentimental value. Angled
walls “open into” the 10’-0” ceiling Family Room
and a step-up into the 9’-0” ceiling Kitchen with
it’s two piece island which features a counter top bar.
A custom built fire place with surrounding shelving
seperate the Living Room which includes a set of
double doors leading out to the patio.
Reynolds residence was a two story residence
modified to a one single story house. modifications
and designs were researched for a family of four
with a guest house (not included in presentation).
