Inspired by the surrounding nature. Green
design is the concept of the Lake House design.
The furnishings illustrated within this rendering
had been refurbished using recycled goods. Since
the lake house is located in Taiwan, bamboo was
chosen as the flooring finish due to its close
proximity regional growth development and its
abilities to allow the plant to re-grow.
Using research as the primary resource for the
foundation of this rendering, green design had been
reproduced within the materials and finishes.
Designing green can be simple, it can be complex.
As a designer I believe in the importance of green
design and plan to further explore all apects of it.
