The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) has announced this year’s batch of Wren Insurance Association Scholarship recipients. The Wren Scholarships have been an important part of RIBA’s program since its inception in 2013. Each year, students who showcase a unique potential are selected for the special award. This year’s application period produced a record number of applications from 24 different UK-based schools.
“Our scholarships and bursaries provide essential support to architecture students and help them achieve their aspirations within the profession. I congratulate all of our 2021 recipients,” new RIBA president Simon Allford said.
And the 2021 recipients are:
Each winner will take home £6,000 ($8,300) each for the continuation of their studies in Part 2. An architect-mentor from Wren will be provided in the second year of study.
