Now comes news that Lennar Development Corp, the developer charged with building the park and adjoining new residences, one of the largest home builders anywhere, has a top secret (sort of) "Logic Lab" on the premises...
as in..."has so far constructed and then razed about 40 prototype homes—including whole housing tracts—in search of better and cost-effective construction techniques, consumer-friendly features and “green” technology." (!) How's that for prototyping envy?
