German practice Henn Architekten recently celebrated the opening of its latest China project: Nantong Urban Planning Museum in the Eastern Chinese city of Nantong, just north of Shanghai.

if there is something more to this project than a "parametric" second skin on a basic glass box, they forgot to include it. presumably it has some interior spaces...?
It's completely impossible to understand what a building does nowadays. This skin could be drapped on just about any building and it would hardly make a difference. Architecture as skin job. Nice.
