What does this mean, Orhan?
Thanks for asking. It meant to be "don't bet on it yet" since we have seen many more previous decisions to improve Palestinian lives blocked by right wing politicians in Israel. Let's hope this project is actually realized and the relations between the two communities are improved.
I do hope that relations between Jews and Palestinians improve, as well.
