Building Maker has nothing to do with designing buildings. It's *not* some new kind of "sketchup for dummies" designed to annoy architects who, obviously, don't need anything more to be annoyed about. It's Google's way of crowd-sourcing the work of modeling existing buildings for display in Google Earth / Maps.
