Mongolia is facing it's highest inflation in over a decade. Additionally it is winter right now and so many homeless people in the capital Ulan Bator move underground where it is warmer, especially during the winter, when temperatures drop as low as -40C (-40F).

what about that recent project where they invited 100 architects to design 100 luxury villas? I thought that was going to solve the homelessness problem in mongolia.

That is Ordos and is in Inner Mongolia (part of China).

Farmer good point. That was in the original article. I didn't even think/catch it.
-40 is the point in temp where the two are equal. I think its cooler to leave it the way it was.
