The site is a looker but infuriating. I was trying to find exhibition details (i.e. when it was running until) and I looked around for 5 min over the weekend. I ended up going to the generic MOMA site and found the info I needed in < 15 seconds.
The site is definitely a little overwhelming. When will they learn that simplicity is the key to a good web layout. Just because you can do crazy flashy web graphics doesn't mean you should.
i generally lean more toward the usability side than the experimental interface side, but yugo is an exception. his work is both technically and visually brilliant. there are obviously much easier/quicker ways to deliver the content, but the experiences he creates in his works add an entirely new and worthy dimension to the content.
I was about to deliver my 'ten things I hate about flash' rant, too, but when it's this cool, who cares?
The exhibit is mind-blowing, not the least for all the reactions of the civilians there. We (architects and arch. students) get to play around with lasercutters, 3D printers, mills, scripting, data visualization, augmented reality, and crazy scifi scenarios everyday, we're desensitized. Most people had no idea this stuff was out there on the horizon, and to see it all in one place with their reactions is really exciting.

live a little, guys. the site is meant as an online exhibition rather than an info dump.
