New York City’s newest professional events venue has just finished construction across the street from Bryant Park. EP Engineering designed all of the new MEP systems for this project, which involved the gut renovation of two whole floors into a 30,000sf conference center. Each room enjoys year round individual cooling control thanks to the custom HVAC design that was implemented.
